Fairytale cheesecake decorated with roses and sage flowers
My granddaughter had a birthday. What kind of cake would be a little Princess's wish? She likes the classic fairy tale creatures (sleeping beauty, Alice in Wonderland, fairy fairies). Of the newer stories she loves Elsa from Frozen
At that moment, the inspiration came.
Preparing snow iced cake with ornament petals of edible flowers, with plenty of fresh soft fruit.
At first, I had to pick the fruit such as raspberries, wild strawberries, cherries, gooseberries and josty from the garden.
Now, edible herb flowers. Magic fragrant rose, healing echinacea and sweet blue sage.
For the bottom cheesecake corpus we used the milled cereal biscuits BeBe with a bit of melted butter and a pinch of freshly grated bio lemon peel.
The corpus is created from the whipped cream until stiff, ricotta cheese and sweetened gelatinous thickeners. Finally, a mixture of fruit was put into mass. For three hours, the cake was put in the fridge to cool. Before serving the cake was decorated with fresh picked edible herb flowers.
The twinkling eyes, huge joy, merry blowing out seven candles, clink of glasses and a delicious and healthy appetite happily tuned the whole family gathering.
